This lesson is a continuation from the last: \textsc{Topic 7A: Index Laws}. Today we will begin by conquering \textbf{fractional indices} and then we will finally delete any doubt with regards to \textbf{significant figures} and \textbf{scientific notation}. Like the previous lesson, there will be a large number of questions (if you consult the table at the bottom you'll see there were 302!) --- the reason for this is we want these conversions to become instinctive to you!
